The purpose of face painting is to get the parents to complete the Tanner Healthy Haralson Transportation Survey. This is a very important survey that is collecting actual data on the real transportation needs of Haralson County citizens. This data will be used to help create better systems that support families (i.e., single moms with young children and seniors) living in isolation because they don't have access to reliable transportation.
